How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, first log on to the website. Then click the Settings tab on the left-hand navigation bar. Finally click Cancel My Membership at the bottom of that page and follow the prompts.
If you purchased the membership with your AppleID on an iOS/Apple device, then you will need to cancel the membership from the Settings section of that iOS/Apple device.
You MUST cancel monthly memberships BEFORE the monthly renewal date in order to avoid being charged for the next month. Any cancellations on the day of renewal or after will not be refunded
My purchase did not complete. Why did my purchase fail?
There are several possible scenarios that may result in a purchase error when attempting a purchase on our website.
Bank declined: Your card-issuing bank may have declined the transaction if it does not match your usual purchase pattern, it exceeds your purchase limit, there are insufficient funds or there was an incorrect entry of subscriber information, including card number, card code, expiration date, name on the card, etc. Please contact the card-issuing bank to resolve the problem and then try the operation again. Can I renew an expired subscription?
Unfortunately, renewals are not offered for expired subscriptions and you will have to purchase a new subscription at regular price to regain access to the material.

What is your refund policy?
- All refund amounts determined by Simple Nursing are final.
- We honor refund requests up to 48 hours from the time of purchase for any membership EXCEPT the SimpleNursing Premium monthly subscription. How does the "Don't Pass, Don't Pay" program work?
When you purchase the NCLEX® Live Review Plus membership, you will have access to the full SimpleNursing NCLEX® membership, as well as access to the Live Review class, and the recorded playback sessions until you pass the NCLEX®. Meaning, after you pay once, you are not asked to pay again - even if you don’t pass.
In order to re-enroll in the NCLEX® Live Review after failing the NCLEX®, you will need to provide evidence that you failed the exam. This must include your name, the date of the exam, and the failing score received either in a single screenshot or an email.
